Hundreds of artists will line the streets and walkways of Flats East Bank, Cleveland’s most thrilling downtown living, dining and entertainment district August 19, 20 & 21 - Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The Festival will also feature many of the region’s most talented musicians and dancers in our performance pavilion.
